Deleting your Slowi account

In the app: open Slowi, tap your profile, then Account → Delete account. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app: email support@slowi.app from the email address you use for Slowi, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted: your account (email, and name if you used Google), the backup of your schedule, allowed apps, locks and progress, and your profile (streak and time locked).

What is not: the data on your phone stays until you uninstall Slowi. Purchase records are kept by Google Play and RevenueCat as the law requires for payments. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play first (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
